Selen Yaka

Education:

2019 – 2024: B.Sc., Genetics and Bioengineering, Istanbul Bilgi University

I graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University with a B.Sc. degree in Genetics and Bioengineering and I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Biomedical Engineering at Boğaziçi University. For my senior project, I worked on neuroimaging, applying machine learning to MRI data of multiple sclerosis patients. I am passionate about neuroscience, especially analyzing data creating and exploring new approaches in the field. Outside of the lab, I enjoy playing tennis, doing fitness, watching anime, and spending time with dogs.
