I completed my undergraduate degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Birzeit University in Palestine. I specialized in robotics and vibration analysis and had a minor degree in English literature. I then earned my Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Bogazici University, where I conducted my research in Neurosignal Analysis (NSA) Lab with Dr. Ahmet Ademoglu. There, I mainly worked with epileptic EEG data to predict seizures in pediatric patients using deep learning. Currently, I am a second-year PhD student at MIMLAB studying the caffeine affect on the brain using EEG-fMRI multimodal imaging.
